The house it tiled throughout, freshly painted and clean. It is very secure, as there are bars on all windows and a Chubb security door. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge room.The laundry and shower/toilet are combined – there is a shower, toilet, and two separate sinks (one bath, one laundry).
Gas, power and water are all included (the house has its own hot water heater), as is a fixed or wireless connection to Optus Cable Broadband, which they can download up to 10 GB a month. The tenant can only use one fixed connection, but this can be accessed at five separate points in the house. The house has a high def capable TV antenna and a satellite dish tuned into the Optus B3 satellite, which receives Chinese, Arabic, Indian, Greek, etc Tv stations – some stations are for free, others must be paid for (the company you have to pay to is UBI).
There is onsite parking for 1 car, however it is not undercover.
