As the Pricncipal of the office, Ben sets by example the terms to define hard work and discipline. The flexibility of his character is reflected from the early morning paperwork to the late night phone calls and it is this drive and passion that has enabled him to establish such a successful independent agency.
With over 18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Ben has observed the evolution of this competitive industry and constantly applies his wealth of knowledge and management skills to ensure the progress of our office towards the future. His quick humour and fun character produces a fun, dynamic work environment; ultimately seeking to bring staff together not just as a team, but as a family.
Ben's friendly and outgoing nature is widely reflected in the many friendships he has developed with his clients over the years, recognising his ability to communicate on both a professional and personal level. His adaptable and easy-going personality finds enjoyment in developing and maintaining positive relationships with people across all cultures and backgrounds. Primarily involved in Property Management & Development, Ben focuses his energy into the life long responsibilities he has with his existing client friendships by warranting their investments’ efficiency and maximum return.
